Red Tower 12:42
Blue Tidal waves Rush towards Red Towers Oh, oh, oh, Uh, uh, uh We move on through the darkness Once an army at our borders Then the time seemed right Approached the stairs without fear Collapsing towers in the wake of The battle that rages in ourselves… We draw our symbols in the ancient Hall of stone and hope… Blue tidal waves Rush towards red towers Phasing in front of our eyes Strange towers on the horizon Am I going crazy? Are we gone? Are we gone… We are the sons of the void A vulture flew across the sky Clapped it’s wings made a sound, uh, uh, uh The winding stairs and it’s majesty Are a wonder, a terrifying notion When the dust settles slowly We are still here, where are you? Cascading motions, simple forms We can’t see, who are we? We are the sons of the void! No turning back We are the sons of the void! Taking you away To a place long forgotten We are the sons of the void! Stay with us, be with us Discover your own place Calling signals in the night unknown to us as we stay awake in the dark… who could it be, but ourselves? Calling in the night We are the sons of the void! Commanded by no one…

Wheels turn on Minds can’t rest The Power shakes the earth oh, oh, oh… We stand down and watch it collapse A final Reconciliation Is what we seek Strophe Fortsetzung: Who-do-you-love? A compliment considered shallow Think… With me Words on the borders Turning point? Not for us We are right! Come To the Conclusion Separate the reflection from the surface Pull the Plug And the door swings open Frameworks in the Silence of space Drift away into the Supernova How do you like Being manipulated? Manipulated? Speak to me my Rogue Variable! Don’t you like our Final Reconciliation? Reconciliation! How do you like? Being manipulated Speak to me my… Rogue Variable Don’t you like our? Final Reconciliation Dazzled and framed Last time I checked Everyone’s gone rogue What about our Reconciliation?

Short Wave 04:29
There is a queen in place I usually don’t get obsessed/upset over anything But the short wave frequency tells me otherwise Sky waves make us all participate I don’t feel too bad About the program Pictures of her Floating in my mind But since the sky is ours There is no more Room for speculation About her Embrace the imprint in your head And kill the Frequency Of the sky wave Cut the power oh, uh, oh Make it graphic The time of your life Begins when the short wave stops! What else could you do? Go outside and Discover What it means to live Don’t listen to the short wave propagation… Don’t listen to it Shortwaves make us all participate

A Slow Death 10:38
We roam The endless Wastes… Passing on Our heritage Not today… Far away… Our hearts bleed Remember Hard edges on our journey When we look back What do we see? Confessions of our enemies… Finally… The pain gives way To a… Slow But well deserved Commanded to go To the other side… Don’t pass it on Don’t let go Together we scream But we don’t know When the storm will pass Hold your breath Till the end… Scattered, broken But we live, but we live… To see another day In another lifetime Finally… The pain gives way To a slow But well deserved Commanded to go To the other side… All our ways Make a difference Where do we go next? Where do we go next? Finally The pain gives way To a well deserved But slow…

We assemble the counsel From the fallen and the banished of the gardens They will travel from all desolate places In the shadows we will wait and watch Just rest easy and take in the view Moving nothing, but the eyes are widening Enigma Mirrors Collossus Enigma Mirrors Collossus, Mirrors Collossus Enigma… There’s a short Journey Ahead of us All of you None of us Outnumbered That bad? A difference Time will tell A short journey In every sense… Enigma Mirrors Collossus On our way The peace will be temporal We know the tale Assemble our counsel On the way Assemble our Collossus on the way… Hear the call of the ancients Bow before them They move their heads Calling from the past Compasses shattered From the answers The World, the world Is crumbling… Glimmers of moonlight Through the clouds Let’s move ahead The stars will guide us May the light shine on While the stars come crashing down on us Let’s solve the Enigma And assemble our Collossus

about

HEDRA Bochum, Germany

HEDRA consists of Martin Dirks (bass), Fabian Maischak (drums) and Martin Wiertel (guitars, vocals and synths). We started the band in the Ruhr area in 2012 to broaden and converge our musical horizons.

We are driven by moments of musical rapture - a sphere inaccessible to words and rationality - when jams, complex atmospheres and non-linear arrangements push the boundaries.
